Bioactive composition and TLC profile data on PAX herbal health tea and PAX herbal diatea

Background: The phytoconstituents of herbal drugs are largely influenced by the quality control system used during and post-production processes including handling such products. Thin Layer Chromatography is one parameters that demonstrate uniqueness uniformity between various substances, serving as an identity for substances. Pax Herbal Health tea (PHT) Diatea (PDT) polyherbal drugs, PHT a tonic general wellness, while, PDT in management treatment diabetes. This study evaluated different present developed Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) fingerprint profiles to serve checks production consistency market after production.Material Methods: Qualitative phytochemical chromatographic analyses were carried out using standard methods.Results: phyto-screening revealed presence Alkaloid, Flavonoid, Tanin, Terpenoids, Reducing sugar, Steroid, Cardiac glycoside Saponin, Steroids, Terpenoids observed PDT. TLC finger-print chromatograms development with n-Hexane:Ethyl acetate (3:2) showed four distinct components under ultraviolet light at 365 nm, three spots when sprayed 20% methanolic sulphuric visible light, n-Hexane:ethyl acetate:methanol (2.5:2:0.5) fluorescent nm acid treatment.Conclusion: From this study, cards have been designed through bioactive composition which can be accessing drugs. Â
